It happened on my Note 10 after Dec security updates. Tried clearing the cache and all other possible method but to no avail.Visited SC and whoalla, the problem is solved,.. after they swapped with a new Spen 😂 I purchased a new Spen at Samsung Shop, causing my wallet RM109 lighter. Apparently, it's a wear and tear item so get ready to get a new pen after 1.5 ++ years of usage. All the best!
Kidding me , it is underwarranty or not , if have warranty , you just change it , but the special is not top but the pen that can write on galaxy specified screen model. Now you can use samsung s pen pro .
