Can't connect my s-pen ,

I presume your device is already more than 2 years old? If yes, then most likely that your Spen needs a replacement. Happened to me with my trusty N10 few months back. Apparently Spen life span is around 24 months +-.

But I have a galaxy note 9 and I haven't replaced the s pen yet... its still working till now the original one... not sure what's the issue causing it to not work...

I do change my S-pen in 2021 coz was broken by my son unfortunately, is the new one now give me problème

Try turning off and turning on this setting called "S pen air actions" and it will ask connect new or the current s pen. But you need to try selecting connect to a new s pen but using the current one you're having. So yeah!

Serious? Most the Samsung SPen need to replace after 2 years? Any idea what cause it? I never use any SPen before but i am curious to know it. 

Btw, if drop too frequent will it cause the problem too?

Spen uses super capacitor type battery, in which is claimed to able to full charge the pen in 40 seconds. Most likely its efficiency or life span will be faster than a normal lithium ion battery.
Since it's very light, I'm pretty sure it's not causing any issue if falls frequently.
