I'v seen this video. my problem only can't "download" using mobile data..but i still can used for serving internet etc as long as not to download.

What app u want download from that u would want use ur data? Usually that app will have setting asking whether u want download over WiFi or data only.

Maybe u go setting see under ur connections.

Go under ur connection settings on ur phone or under apps and see that specific app has that setting to whether download over WiFi or data only.
