Samsung Flow problem: Cannot send files / messages from Samsung Note20 5G to PC

I got problem using Samsung Flow to send files or text from my Samsung Notes 5G to Windows 10 laptop

From PC to Samsung phone no problem

Only form Samsung phone to PC got problem (cannot send)

Have you tried to re- establish pairing by deregister the connection?

Btw, what type of connection do you use? Choose wifi and not bluetooth as connection.
