Did anyone have any idea, why my samsung note 9 screen ,sometimes turn to greenish / yellow colour? How to fix it ? Any solution , Thank you in advanced

Hi FarahNat, it's a common issue amongst Note 9 especially after a Software Update. Nothing you can do about it on your own. you need to send the device to a Samsung SC and make a claim.

They should diagnose the problem and replace your screen foc. Had this problem with my mum's Note 9 too.

Went to SC Lowyat and they made the claim and got a screen replacement for free.

Yup. Most note 9 now are out of warranty. so was my mom's, but since it's a common issue worldwide i guess samsung is just being kind to offer it for free.

Let me share some other users who had the same problem too. Better use another phone to record the problem. When recording try to change the brightness level as I noticed that it happens when the brightness is not at max.


It's important to mention that it happened after a software update too.

using note 9 as well, so far so good even after updating to one ui 2.5 couple of days ago

hello hi everyone.. how are you? hope everyone are fine .. here i want to update abt my samsung note 9. today i manage to go to samsung centre at su way pyramid regarding my okta/greeninsh screen turning black.. they manage to change the screen for free.. alhamdulillah.. they also told me not to charge the phone overnight to avoid overlay..so if anyone of u have same problem like me.. just go to the centre.. on time change screen but make sure ur screen are clear..no dent or scratches...
