Screen recorder audio problem

Hi there, Im from malaysia. Are malaysian cannot screen recorder with audio ? Let say i'm whatsapp video call and try to record, but the result audio is muted ? Can someone tell me what the problem is.

I had the same thing happen when i tried to screen record my zoom meeting.
