Secure Folder Backup Fail

I have been using the Secure Folder for ages now and have not gotten any problem but recently I tried to backup my files, it keeps telling me that the backup has failed. Any help please?

Hi! You may try these tips to resolve your concern.

 

DISABLE SAMSUNG PASS:

Go to Secure Folder > Settings > MORE SETTINGS then SAMSUNG PASS is there, you may disable it.

I found the Samsung Pass but I can't find a way to disable it. I noticed that if I only backup a single item it would push through but if I will select 2 or more items it wouldn't let me.

This happened to me before and one of the reasons are the large image files to be backed up. Try unselecting the images, videos, and music for backup and see if it will push through.
