Should I enable Adaptive Batter or not?

Some YouTube videos I watched said to disable it because it's draining the battery as it keeps learning how you use your device, others say enable it. 

What do you think? My battery drains so fast while most features are tuned off / disabled already.

Personally I have both Adaptive Battery and Adaptive Power Saving On. It quite helps.

I say, enable it, cause it says it limits the battery usage for your apps you don't use often. I have it enabled since I purchased my phone
