Hi! I bought my note9 from Singapore but now i live in Bangladesh but I didn't get one ui 2.0 update😓 Bangladeshi note9 users already got it but i saw a problem my CSC maybe change so can I get one ui 2.0,Android 10 update?
At least you seem to be aware of the issue. The CSC (Country Specific Code) and the geolocation of your phone must match before you can get updates. Therfore if your CSC is Singapore but your geolocation is Bangladesh you can't get update from both Singapore and Bangladesh Samsung. Check Settings, About phone, Software information, Service provider SW ver. to verify your CSC and other information. There is a way to flash your firmware to change the CSC but the procedure is too elaborate to explain here. Best have it done by a technician at your country's Samsung service centre.
