Straighten handwriting is not available on my device says customer service

 My Samsung Notes app with a sample handwriting for demo purposes
 *Video went missing after the article was posted. Sigh.. 

 

My question. I should have put period at the end aha..

I just can't believe it's not available on my device Note 20 Ultra 5G Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ after all the promotions during the launch of this phone. Is it regional? 

 

Maybe we can all have this on the next update?

Thanks. I have it too. But on my end it seems to mess things up so I can't use it. I tried to point that out to customer service and they said I don't have it. Haha.. This needs improvement.
