Hello!  Does anyone experience sudden loss of connecting to telephone service provider? This happened to me on a day trip to Malaysia. The whole day I turned on flight mode and connect to my friends Hotspot network. When I returned to Singapore it won't connect to my service provider. I've tried removing my SIM cards and restarting the phone several times too. I even went to the Service Provider to replace the SIM card but still doesn't work including doing a soft reset didnt help.

Mine is Starhub but apparently its not their fault as I replaced the New SIM Card and same issue. No Service. So I installed it into another phone and it was OK. It can connect to Starhub.

Yes agree with renevous, visit the service centre to have it inspected and probably have the 4G / 5G antenna replaced. I think should be repaired on the same day.

Hmm.. it depends on whether there are sufficient technicians present at the service centre.

Mm. So long their service can manage the market then should be good. And giving solution to customer is good enough. If not sure hu ha again. Haha

If minor repair, mostly can complete within hours.

That depends leh.. not all service centres do offer this option, as their loan devices may be fully loaned out at that point of time. So will need to call up the service centre to check on the availability.
