N9750 still didn't receive the Android 10 update and yet even some note 9 plus user have received the Android 10 update.

I guess I should stick to iPhone atlest all the customers are treated the same will definitely pay an extra premium for that.

Yes go to the iPhone... Its customers like you that don't show appreciation to the tech communities and have zero idea how and what it takes to release an update that's stable...

Android 10 is available for all of you know how to get it... To make it stable for Samsung users (cos Samsung doesn't create android) it takes time...

Just wait and be patient and you won't be one of the other brand users that got the update immediately and discovering bugs daily

how you justify fairness, I paid a premium bought a Note 10 plus, but the as of now I didn't receive the update and note 9 user did.
are telling me this is fair approach for the customers ?

I understand the testing and all the selected users for beta but not stable version. the German users are enjoying the update and its stable even for German customers but no updates or even justification for Hong Kong customers.
do you feel this is a fair approach, should we just wait and take it ?

I guess for us who already received the UI2.0 updates are just 'lucky', as officially, update is taking place in January. We are just two days in the new month, so my opinion is please be patient....

For what reason are you longing to get Update? From the day I bought this I could not able to run one application in background which monitors my Car battery, mileage logs, parking etc. I contacted app vendors, Samsung and enabled all settings keep it running in background, no help, it connects whenever it wishes! I was very much hoping this Big update will fix my issue, but the fact is even worse. It doesn't even connect to device even if I manually open app also. So don't expect any magic, I only see battery lasting bit more than Android 9 may be due to dark mode support of many app.

this whole arguement doesn't make sense at all. I need the update because it the part of premium I paid for. 3rd party app not working is not Samsung issue it's their problem. all I'm saying why offer some customers more importance than others ?

I was just trying to suggest you that only version number will change, and simply don't waste your time for looking or asking for it unless you really need it for some reason. Your question is right, Infact I am really surprised to know that how it is not rolled out to some builds. I switched from IOS to Android after 8 years, so all these are new to me! Hope they will deliver update to your build sooner.

for you maybe yes, I bought the phone because i read about the new gesture which are important to me. all my point is if you want to test, get user feedback, roll in selected region, device, do that in beta version. don't give some customers stable update and others nothing.

Just to give you details, If you are not already aware of Samsung One Hand Operation +, just install and give it a try, it is very much handy and way Advanced than Android 10 gesture.
