this is highly disappointing not update yet for N10 plus

N9750 still didn't receive the Android 10 update and yet even some note 9 plus user have received the Android 10 update.

I guess I should stick to iPhone atlest all the customers are treated the same will definitely pay an extra premium for that.

I use apple and Samsung product and I'm familiar with their Pro and cons. I have no loyalty to Samsung in fact in some my post I recommend some user to use different android device like oneplus or Asus and apple itself.

U whining doesn't help release any faster also u are more than welcome to change other brands. Its ur money and choice so Samsung won't miss or lose out one less customer either.

If u having a bad day and just venting out just know there's a kid somewhere in a 3rd world country mining materials and making ends meat for ur phone so u can use and be thankful.

I already received it. After 2 days I got bored of it. Just wait. I waited and don't feel so entitled everyone also did the same. Unless ur using the galaxy fold. Also updates are the reason what makes the phone better. Would u rather faster receive updates and get a lot of bugs or slow update but steady software?

Also where are u from and where u got ur note from? I already received on Christmas eve itself and update on Christmas day itself. 🙂👍

I dont know the real things in Samsung but as I know your is now Malaysia device and I believe there is different schedule for different country. that is normal for app service business wise. i think your device that can update is... only need to wait.

compared to apple Samsung is doing a bad job if updates are concerned. they are also charging high premium but are not delivering
