this is highly disappointing not update yet for N10 plus

N9750 still didn't receive the Android 10 update and yet even some note 9 plus user have received the Android 10 update.
I guess I should stick to iPhone atlest all the customers are treated the same will definitely pay an extra premium for that.

My friends one has updated long time ago... how come yours does not have 10 update??

I did all the steps and contacted Samsung support, they told to wait and some vague reason .

you'll get it sooner or later...just be patient but there is nothing really great about Android 10.just a slight improvement from Android 9. technically it is still the same with a bit of improvement. 😅

I understand that, it's my secondary phone. it's just Samsung policies are bad, they don't treat the customer equally.

well..that'd how it is with Samsung.But they are improving in the software update section..Maybe they will do much better in the near future. but I know how it felt ..to paid a premium price to get a bad experience...I also use note 10+ but the network reception is very poor and bad..and yepp..there is nothing can we do about all of this although we paid a hefty price for the devices..

I really don't get the support all here you guys have for Samsung. it's simple how can you agree with Samsung treating customers differently based on region ? if it's beta that's totally understandable, but not stable there is no two ways about it. I talked with Samsung about it they told me the update has problems and it roll out stopped, which is a complete lie, I asked them to link me to an official post, of course they couldn't. most you guys are okay with despite paying a premium and some even despite apple but can't critisize samsung. such a shame Samsung
