N9750 still didn't receive the Android 10 update and yet even some note 9 plus user have received the Android 10 update.
I guess I should stick to iPhone atlest all the customers are treated the same will definitely pay an extra premium for that.

I think you dont understand how android works.
iPhone is able to release one shot to all their devices because they are the master control of their OS. hence it is easier for them to release their updates to their devices all at once.
however, for android, it works differently. android is an open platform where everybody can tweak and modify the OS.
Samsung has to test and tweak each OS according to each different model and series of devices they have. and this is done accordingly in each country as each country may offer different model and features of devices, I.e Note10+ with 5g or without 5g. just this minor difference will require more testing than you can imagine.
therefore, the most latest device will receive the updates faster. it involves lots of testing and stability testing as well to ensure the version that released is suitable for the specific model and device.
updates are also released in batches. if your phone is not purchased in Malaysia, do take note that the schedule that was posted on the notice is meant for malaysia devices only.
you.may need to check if your device is a specific Malaysia set of device.

Totally agree with you. It's not apple to apple comparison, as IOS only serves its own hardware, and Android is an open platform. Truly enough, Pixel phone will get the earliest of latest android release😁
