update samsung app fail

After my phone update to 2.0 IU all my Samsung app cannot update.... Why?

Try hard restart = power button + down volume button together

Or enter android software = power + volume up then go in wipe clear cache then restart phone

Or force stop or uninstall the app and then install or reopen the app back again
