Wake up every few secomds

Note 10 lite wakesup every few secomds and turns off after 4 sec and this had been looping forever. I have tried every solution available in net but no luck. This even happens in safe mode too :(

Yes I do but not sure how to share here. It is only allowing to share pictures

Turn off bixby and see if problem persists

Disabled it but no luck

Besides, when I shutdown my phone it automatically turns on again
