Why is my Note 10 getting very hot??

my phone no heating problem but have have strange UI problem. something like the icon size of the fast scroll down suddenly shrink to smaller size, some apps open in blank display and split screen sudden halt-up. all problematic gone after restart the phone. it happen since after last security update.
