Why my Samsung Note 9 cant use the camera? "Warning Camera failed" . Black screen only. Sometimes the app said " You cannot use more than one application that uses camera".

Not sure what's the issue causing it. But try clearing data and clearing cache of the camera app and see if it works or not.

Have you brought it to the service center to check?

Maybe some of your app is using the camera constantly or your camera unit spoiled, suggest you send it to service centre to get it checked out
