Why the different set of pens?

We currently have different set of pens and can't use saved favorites anywhere else other than the Notes app. 

 

Screen off memo (pinned memos still hit or miss which is frustrating)

 

 

Samsung Notes app

Write on calendar

 

 

Screen write

 

 

I just wish I can use the same set of pens that I've set up in Samsung Notes app everywhere. And use the same gestures like switching pens and using eraser with clicks of the button.
