Wifi and mobile data timer missing

I wanted to set these timers on my note 9 running on android 11, but I can't seem to find them anywhere in the settings or digital wellbeing section. Does anyone here know where they may be?

The digital wellbeing app is already installed in my phone, but the option to set the timer/ wind down mode isn't available in the app when I open it
