Adguard DNS not working

Anyone here using and experiencing connection issues when using dns.adguard.com?

I can't connect to internet when I set my private DNS to dns.adguard.com, but if i set it to automatic my connection resumes.

Are you using mobile data from telcos like Globe and Smart? If yes, then that's normal. Same with other private DNS also. 1111 and quad9 not working also.

It seems like the local telcos have done some workaround on it of not using any private dns on their platform. How would they harvest your data if you use private dns? That makes sense.

It's not working when I'm on wifi only. Looks like my ISP blocked some ports or addresses.

When I'm on my data connection, AdGuard DNS works fine.
