Is always-on display while charging (the one that displays small battery icon and charging status) causes burn-ins in the long run? Convenient as it is but it seems its not moving just like the main always-on display. Anyone can confirm? Thank you.

No reported issues of the AOD causing any burn-in to the OLED, so you should be good.
EDIT: I've been using the AOD for years and I've never had an OLED go bad because of it. I had a note 7 and 9 and the screen never had any issues.
