Galaxy SThe Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra does not support aptX HD, but only supports aptX, AAC, and Samsung's SSC, and LDAC. AptX HD, SSC, and LDAC are codecs used for high-quality music.
Today, I went to Somerset 313 and visited the Sony store to try out the WH1000 XM5 headphones. However, I was not able to connect them to my S23 Ultra using LDAC. The connection was only through AAC.
Is there any over-ear headphone with ANC that uses Samsung's SSC on the market? Even the AKG K371 does not support Samsung's SSC.

Galaxy Ssadly it seems only Samsung's ear buds support SSC. No high end ear buds/earphones support it.
And as I know, several months ago, Qualcomm's aptX and aptX HD encoders are finally free to use on Android. But I don't think Samsung will support this protocol on there phones.
