2) do a cycle by clicking RED GREEN BLUE until the line goes away.

Galaxy SI have the same problem. I updated my s20+ last may 8 and right now may 12. The pink line started to appear. Ever since i bought my phone. I did not drop it once... please samsung fix this

Galaxy SI met the same problem, s20+ never dropped, pink line just appear suddenly, seems like the only solution is replacing new screen, unluckily my phone is out of warranty too. Pay RM950 for the replacement. Hope Samsung make an official statement about this. S20+ users complaint alot on this issue.
