Anyone S24 Ultra Screen Glass Have Minor Scratches

Hi guys, i get my S24U Jan 31 but leave it in the package untill i get my temper glass, however i found a tiny white dot unremovable under the lamp when i am remove the dust, likely a small scratch or something. Pretty sure that the screen has never been scratched by anything, i just activate to do some data transfer these day. This minor defect is not visible after i applied the protector but just feels uncomfortable, asked the aftersale and they said not applicable for exhange. Just curious if any of you have same issue.

BTW zeelot screen protector is very poor quality, the size totally unfit and easy to leave a air bubble if u only do a little adjustment, even worse than a 5 sgd temper glass.

Yes mine too had the same tiny little scratch at the top right .

I found someone sad the new anti reflection coating is easy to be scratched

I too faced the same issue. When I was about to collect my preordered S24U on 25th Jan at the Samsung store, found the tiny white dot on the screen seemed to be a dead pixel. I refused to collect the device and the store people agreed to replace the unit. Till now I'm waiting for my new S24U.

And the customer service is so bad when asked details on the new device arrival they told me to ask the store. When asked in-store they say to ask customer service.

Oh looks like I wasn't the only who notice a small scratch on my top right screen under a light while I was installing my screen protector

Same here. Very Little but annoying for a 1k+ phone. And clearly visibile under artificial light with screen off. I'm going to return mine.

In the 4 days I had the phone before I got my protectie I had multiple scratches from my pocket.   Never had that before.  I couldn't believe it

I'm also having the same issue, my phone is right above the upper corner just beside the Woolum buttons. I first returned a S24 1 TB phone now on day 3 with another brand new S24 ultra 1 TB,identical same spot almost as scratched . It seems like there must be an error in production, because I don't know if I'm going to return this one either lol. This is my first time ever experiencing this issue since using Sumung's S2.

my new s24U has a micro/light scratch as well, had the note 20 ultra for 4 years and it had no damage without a screen protector the entire time, something is really up, please advise or provide a link for a simple repair method, glass fill epoxy? 250-300 for screen replacement, and no after my previous experience with samsung note phones , i was not using an inconvenient and costly screen protector, will samsung please help us!
