Bugs and issues

I would like to ask some of samsung users in this community if you have also experience what i experience with my s21ultra. I have some minor bugs and issues like glitching of zoom camera, very delay activation of 120hz refresh rate, lag every notification and turning on the phone when the notification edge lighting turned on even the device is off, innacurate Device care (because after optimizing, it requires optimization again)these issues encountered occured after I updated my device to Android 12/One UI 4.0. 

Should I update my S21ultra to One ui 4.1? Because i have some trust issues to this new update because of what i am experiencing now.

4.1 fixed the bugs from 4.0
the only thing remained is that 2 seconds screen freeze after closing a messenger chathead

If the bugs still remains after updating to 4.1, do the wipe cache partition or do a factory data reset.

The bug about messenger. It's the messenger app itself, I experience it too,even my mom faced the bug (she uses oppo)
