After one ui 5.0 update on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, the camera orientation is always rotated by 90 degrees when taking photos or doing video calls. I see others online having this issue too. Samsung needs to give a proper answer or send an update fix soon. It is very difficult to make video calls as opposite party complains of rotated video. Please don't ask me to install Samsung members app and send error report. So many must have done before and so many have complained of the same issue. Please ask your tech team to fix the issue and release an update soon. Or I am moving out of Samsung as both device and customer service **bleep** big time.
Hi, one of the members reported this back in early Dec, after upgrading his Note 20 Ultra to One UI 5.0. Till today, the issue hasn't been fixed and there is no solution from Samsung.
