There are two options to choose from:
1. disable system volume (1)
2. or activate do not disturb and in dnd, be sure touch sounds is disabled (2 and 3).

BUT..
As for me, since i like having touch sounds, I've created a routine to turn on dnd whenever i use the camera (4). The downside of it is (depending on your dnd settings) you might not know someone's calling or if they sent you a message when the camera is on the foreground. In my case, i did not block notification pop ups for dnd.

Alternatively, you can create a routine that adjusts the system volume instead, if you want. The downside of that would be your notification and ringer volume will change whenever you open the camera app.1739215745647.jpg1739215745669.jpg1739215745684.jpg1739215745700.jpg

Camera shutter sound is required by some countries - probably for other people's privacy. You know, some people could take photos or video clips of you without your permission. You may notice that sometimes when you commute or go to malls etc. People sometimes stare at you then suddenly they'd snap a photo.

It's the same in iPhones. You have to mute the phone to disable camera shutter sound. I also have advised my colleague to create a routine so she wouldn't have to manually mute her phone before taking photos.

But I'm not sure about other brands.

This will not affect notifications, just the system sounds like tapping, keyboard typing, and maybe charging sound. I used to do this in my old phones. But now i want the tap sounds aha

It can be turned off if you turn your phone to Vibrate or Silent. I do this whenever i take pictures then turn it back to Sound
