Can't load high resolution image in Messenger

Help! Someone sent me an image that I can't see because of "can't loaf high resolution image" in messenger. Can someone or expert tell me what to do? Thank you.

I had that before, I uninstalled the app itself,and up it again.

Mine didn't, upon checking niw, i can still access them. But again, this is based on my personal experience. Couldn't give a 100% assurance that it would be the same tho sorry
