I can't seem to toggle off the VoLTE option when I choose to connect via 5G. I can toggle it off when i only connect via LTE and lower though.

I noticed this issue after updating just today (Aug 25 2023). Can anyone tell me why this is? I tried restarting my phone but seemingly it won't work.

For reference, I use a base S22.

Thanks!cannot toggle OFFcannot toggle OFFcan toggle OFFcan toggle OFFcan toggle ONcan toggle ONcannot toggle OFFcannot toggle OFF

Hey there, Members_TET1hNh! VoLTE ensures clearer and more reliable phone calls, especially when you're using high-speed 4G or 5G networks, so keeping it on would be beneficial!

However, we understand that you prefer to keep it off. While there's no option to do so in your settings, I did find this app which you can try to use to toggle your VoLTE off. Hope this helps and do let me know! 😊

Hello Members_TET1hNh,

I have a found a solution that works on the issue similar to your beloved Samsung Galaxy S22's can't Toggle VoLTE off as below.

Network Mode is "5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)" you can't disable it. But, if you switch it to "LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)",  it can be disabled.

Solved: VoLTE can't be disabled - Samsung Members
