Are you saving automatically to your gallery? If you save videos, That happens they're large size to save, So wait the videos appeared to your gallery until they're saved your video.
Where are you saving the photos to? If it's to the SD card, that right there might be your problem. Only certain special apps are allowed to write to the SD card, and I doubt FB messenger is one of 'em.
Also, try to update your Messenger app on Google Play. 😊
try to restart you data connection or wifi nakadepende din kase sa speed ng connection ang pagdownload kaya failed. sasabihin image has been download pero wala pa pala.
Facebook videos automatically save in my gallery. Photos taken with messenger and sent thru messenger cant be saved. i tried reinstalling my messenger 3 times, still the same. i dont have SD card. I even tried to reset phone settings still nothing 😕
I tried saving messenger photos in my other samsung phone, it works.
Im not sure if my phone is the problem? Or just a glitch. My last resort is to factory reset my phone which is too hassle 😅
