Cant verify RCS on my globe postpaid sim

Hello. Can you guide me how to connect my RCS chats? I formatted my phone and now i cant connect to RCS. kindly see attached files for screenshots.

Whatbi already did:
- format my phone
- change password
- revoke all devices to reset
- went to my carrier to change my simcard
- went to phone manufacturer to double check if the phone is defective

Weird, it should verify right away. My TNT sim got verified not even 15 minutes lafer. Now I have RCS on both my A51 and S7 edge

Yeah, i thought so too, there's no problem with my prepaid sim in z fold 4.

It fixed on its own. Google took five months to verify it.

I have the same issue with S24. I just received it this week. I tried clearing cache and connected via mobile data but it's still the same. 😭

Based on my experience, you should either change your number or wait for Google to refresh. Then it will be fixed.

I don't want to change my gcash number 😭 I don't also want to maintain multiple numbers. I'll just wait maybe.

Hi sorry to revive an old thread but I was wondering if you were able to contact Google or something to inquire about that? I'm currently in the same situation. Never had this issue before I changed from S22+, my smart sim was verified immediately and it would be hassle if the issue was with my number as its connected to almost all the things I use. I have the same S23 ultra.

Same.  Been trying to activate RCS on Google Messages (works fine on the Samsung Messages app) for more than a year now (Globe sim1).  Just today, I switched to Google Messages to try again, and upon hitting the RCS toggle switch, my SMART # (on sim2) immediately connected, while Globe (on sim1) remains at "Setting up" status.  I've performed all the available workaround to no avail.  I need RCS on my Globe #.
