I pre-ordered S23 ultra from Celcom, the unboxing experience is TOTALLY NOT COOL. Not to mention the package itself have no adapter, celcom didn't offer double storage upgrade or accessories offers also. And today when they launch the normal promotion, same order can get free gift earbuds, they confirmed preorder customers are not entitled to receive the free gift. this is totally senseless, and total ripping off loyal customers. I suggest ALL celcom s23 pre-order customer' group up and returm their S23 series phone to Celcom!
Or maybe we should all just gather at Samsung roadshow and protest if they are being ignorant.. now celcom and digi are one house, believe this applies to Digi preorder folks too
