My S22U have issues on cellular network. The signal is so unstable. I've tried all methods from the simplest restart my phone & the most latest reset mobile network but the issue is still there. All the methods shown in youtube did not solve the issue.

Have anyone having the same issues?
Any suggestions to solve?

Check with Telco. It's probably the sim card issue.

For your info, I've replaced with new sim card & the signal is still unstable & always slow especially in 4g. If my phone detect 5g most of the time the network speed is usable.

Have you checked in a different place?
For example, at my home, I only get 2 bars with 4g, and at my workplace, I can get full bar with 5g. It depends on the location.

Yes I have. When my phone detected 5g then it shouldn't be a problem. But when on 4g, it's like my phone have no internet at all. Even a WhatsApp message cannot be sent. I suspect my 4g antenna or sort of broken. I've check with my network operators & they said no issue of coverage at the moment but I need to turn on and off airplane mode when I need to reset my network every time.

Imo it's got nothing to do with our telco and all to do with our Samsung phones as I too have been facing this issue with my mobile date. It'll show 4g 5g and all but I have no access to the Internet. I'd have to turn on flight mode for a few secs then turn it off and I'll have my mobile data back.

Exactly. Hopefully this issue is due to software not hardware. I've to my hometown & I have to do it every single time to get internet connection. My idea is, our phone did not auto connect to other nearby telco substation tower when we move from one place to another. Only after resetting the network it can detect other nearby telco substation. I've tried select manually network operator but didn't solve anything too.

Don't worry bout the issue when driving home cos I think it only happens when you make the initial switch from WiFi to mobile data. So just be sure to check the mobile data when you're leaving home and I 5hink you should be OK. And if you're using waze for your journey home, if your mobile data goes off you'll know it bcos waze will be showing you msg in red saying waze is connecting to network/GPS.

Hope you have a safe journey home and Selamat Hari Raya to you and your family.

Hi @Fadhullah,

You could try one or more of the following:

a. Reset network settings;

b. Try without a phone case;

c. Try with a different sim card but the same network;

If these does not work, there might be an issue with the antennae - best to check in with an authorised service centre on this. You can reach out to them via the members app > support tab.

Hope this helps!
