Galaxy SFor example, at my home, I only get 2 bars with 4g, and at my workplace, I can get full bar with 5g. It depends on the location.

Galaxy SHi @Fadhullah,
You could try one or more of the following:
a. Reset network settings;
b. Try without a phone case;
c. Try with a different sim card but the same network;
If these does not work, there might be an issue with the antennae - best to check in with an authorised service centre on this. You can reach out to them via the members app > support tab.
Hope this helps!
