Chrome sudden opening upon restart and after unlock.

Hi all. Anyone experience this weird chrome popup with special character url? Ive notice my s24ultra once restart after a while the chrome will popup with special character url. And after that the chrome will open after unlocking phone intermittently. 

Upon notice i factory reset/ wipe data but upon start the phone with factory unlock the popup immediately show up even im just on connecting wifi setup.

Also yere are sample url. I've been monitoring them lately.

Using my poco f3 to picture this. Same google account but without experiencing this. Also tried to decode the URL.

Agree, pretty weird problem here. It's a precent-encoded URL, but we're not sure where it's coming from.

Regarding your factory data reset: what kind of reset did you do? Was it a full factory reset or just the settings? 

Let us know when you have an update.

Hi. I did both. Full factory reset and settings. Just find it weird after the reset upon starting the phone where i am supposed to connect it to wifi it immediately popped up. Expected it was a clean slate and supposedly no problem.
