Hi there

Need some advice on removing condensation on the 3 camera lens at the back. I tried putting the phone with a bag of rice in a ziplock bag for about 6 hours, but it only helped a little. Do I leave it on longer and/or use a hairdryer on the lowest speed? Thank you!

Hi, has the back glass cover been opened before or has it been sent for repair before?

Only the front screen has been repaired before, not for the back.

Ah okay.. thanks for sharing. Looks like the phone is not sealed properly now.

I went to the service centre and they said that water damage is not covered under warranty. They also said to send in first and they will advise cost of repair (if any)

Currently only condensation, right? No water has entered into the components? If so, then they should be able to just check if the seal is done properly.

all is working fine except that the images are foggy, so I guess no water has entered yet

Ah okay.. but since it's fogging the camera lens, it means that ur phone is not fully sealed now and it's no longer water resistant. I ever opened my previous Note 10+ before and it fogged my camera lens after I replaced the battery on my own, so I had to buy a back glass adhesive to seal the phone back.

Technically, since there is no water damage, Samsung can provide the sealing for free, since ur phone is still under warranty right?

In my experience just leave it alone for a few days and it will evaporate away
