Did you clone all your files from your previous phone to the new one? If yes, it may have included on the files you've copied to your new phone.

Thank you for the reply. Nope, when i took a photo on the front camera, my phone suddenly shut off (maybe because of the front camera is overheating) and when i check the gallery, i got this image file that i cannot delete. I already tried the safe mode, clear cache partition via recovery, but still, i cannot delete it. I tried also the phone to laptop but i cannot locate the file (data/sec/camera). Last option, I guess would be factory reset 🙎🏻.

*update: as per their service technician, its a defective motherboard, so if you encounter the same issue, better send it for the motherboard replacement. So far, after the repair, it also fixed the overheating of the front and back camera when using.

This just happened to me today when my phone was overheating from the camera and the heat outside. And I just solved it.

In the Samsung Gallery app settings, first turn off the trash feature. Then go back to the gallery and delete the corrupted images. Once they're gone you can turn your trash back on.
