Hello,

 I just added a credit card here and I am charged 10 for the charge. I did not make any transactions and I only added my card.

Try to contact Samsung regarding your issues to your phone. They can resolve it and check it for you.

I just added the credit card. I havent purchased anything but adding the card deducts 10 pesos in my credit card

In what app exactly? Certainly apps like the Playstore really has a fee when adding a payment method usually to check if the method added is legit.

It should automatically cancel the charge after some time. Give it a day or two, if it's still not there after then contact your bank about your 10 pesos. Fees in adding cards is usally normal.
