Bro, Sorry for being direct to the point. It doesn't matter whether the display is curved or not, screen burn is largely affected to OLED display due to its technology. Just to share, even a flat screen display phone, you could actually curve the display as OLED is so thin. In fact, shared info is not specifically point to curved display.
