I placed an order on 18th Jan. Status is still preparing order.
I emailed to Samsung support team and was told to wait 4 weeks.
Overwhelming orders isn't something they should have anticipated given their reputation? Why are we treated like that....

Placed order on 21 Jan, contacted support team, my batch start delivery on 8 Feb, how is that make sense? So what is the benefit for pre order if need to wait at least 3-4 weeks for the product?
