I couldn't turn on Dual Sim Always On. I already tried to reset my phone, turn it off and check my sim but nothing happens. I still can't turn it on. What to do now 😢

Is this in the Sim Manager?
The toggle to switch on the sim card?

When you toggle "on" the device won't block the other SIM when you are on call.

Globe and TnT. I used to use Dual Sim Always On. I only notice that it was no longer working since I can't receive OTP on my tnt while using globe for call

When I setup my Dual SIM Always on function, the only thing that made it turn on is when forwarding calls from SIM1 to SIM2. The other two options (SIM2 to SIM1, or Forward to any available SIM) don't allow me to enable it. Though I suspect the preferred SIM settings has something to do with activating it, after shuffling the preferred SIM on each item (Calls, Message, Data) it still prefer the Forward Calls from SIM1 to SIM2 (see photo 1)

For anything it might have to do with which SIM was installed on which SIM slot. As for any dual SIM phones, they always prioritize SIMs installed in SIM1 slot than the other slot, evident is the signal icon for VoLTE with number 1 in it, meaning it is the preferred SIM slot (see photo 2)

Going back to your concern, I am not sure which SIM card is on what SIM slot, but you can try what I have learned in my experiment. If you are still unsure, you may visit any Samsung service center to get assistance on your issue.1719404649920.jpg1719404658612.jpg

Thanks for this. I've tried it but unfortunately it doesn't work. Maybe I really need to go to Samsung service center 😔

Yep better go there. They are better help and expert on Samsung devices.

Have a great day!
