FACEBOOK DOWNGRADES VIDEOS FROM S23 ULTRA

Facebook lowers the quality of my videos that I upload to Facebook Stories; why? I record videos with my Samsung S23 Ultra in 4K,8K and 1080p, however they are uploaded in high definition when I use my iPhone 13 Pro. Why is that?

I've read about this on some comments in social media. Some apps are not really optimized well for android compared to ios. Sad, really.
