FEELING FRUSTRATED WITH MY PRE ORDER S24U

Update:

February 8, I called their csr for nth time. The status changed to "Awaiting Dispatch". How many days do I need to wait? Because I'm really losing my patience. 😤😤😤😤

Be sure that the Unit deliver to me has no issue! I've already waited for 3 weeks!!!! 

February 6, status on my Pre-order has no change and also I didn't receive any email from them. 

 

On January 20, I went to MOA to pre-order the S24 Ultra with 1TB storage, but they informed me that this specific model could only be ordered through their online store. So, I placed an order online using GCash, with the delivery location set to Pasay City.

Later that day, I received an email confirming my order.

On January 21, the status was set to 'preparing order,' with an expected delivery date of January 24, 2024.

From time to time, I checked the status of my order, but there were no changes.

On January 28, I noticed that some people who had also pre-ordered had already received their phones or at least had some movement with their orders, but mine remained the same. This was frustrating and made me feel as if my order was their last priority.

On January 31, I tried to contact the Samsung salesperson at MOA who I had spoken with on January 20, hoping that he could assist me. I sent him a screenshot of my order via Viber. He promised to follow up on my order. Later that afternoon, he informed me that my order was in the warehouse.

On January 31, I also called their customer service to follow up on my order. I provided all the information they needed to locate my order. They informed me that it was waiting for the courier to pick it up. I requested that they expedite my order since I was planning to return to my province.

On February 1, I called their customer service again. The representative asked if I had called before, and when I confirmed that I had, he asked for the reference ticket number. However, the previous representative had not provided me with one. So, I had to provide all the information about my order again. I spent 50 minutes on the call, giving him time to locate my order. I asked for the courier assigned to my order, and he said it was LBC Express. When I asked for the tracking number, he provided one, but it turned out to be incorrect when I checked. I informed him immediately, and he then told me that there was no tracking order in their system for my order. He couldn't explain why this had happened to my order. It's giving me anxiety and I'm becoming increasingly frustrated.

I symphatize with you as all of us are waiting our order and frustrated over delivery, giving false hopes on our side.

I don't even know where my order is because for the past 12 days since I placed the order, the status has been "preparing order." They keep saying that my order is already with the courier, but they couldn't even provide me with a tracking number.

While talking to the customer service representative earlier, they mentioned that I should receive an email either from samsung, ph shop or the courier. However, when I checked my email, I could see the email from ph shop, but I couldn't see the contents of the email, so I don't really understand what's happening.

It can really be frustrating when you don't receive proper updates or clear information.
