Flickering green screen S20+ BTS Edition

Hi! 2 weeks ago, i experienced a flickering green  on my screen (whole screen, can't see anything) . I was totally devastated and had to impulse buy a lower version of a Samsung phone. But after a couple of days, it actually got healed until now, i am still using the old one. 

I am scared if i experience that one again. Was that a hardware or software issue?

sadly it is with hardware, stroongly suggest go to nearest samsung service center to have it checked.
