After the recent update, my S20 Ultra 5G screen has been flickering for weeks until yesterday it became completely useless, the whole screen suddenly went white and green. There is no physical damage on the phone. I got the phone for year now, never dropped it since im working from home, its just on my table if not in my bag. I tried all the tips I found in youtube and google, except factory reset. I found this thread about users experiencing the same thing. Exactly the same scenario, the flickering just appeared mostly after the updates. I feel cheated by Samsung. This is going to be my last samsung device. I reached out to samsung, still got no reply.
I think its best if you bring your phone to the nearest service center. I emailed samsung when i had the problem. They instructed me to visit a sc so they can take note of the job order number. I think they would cover the cost.
Had the same issue. Emailed samsung and brought the device to their service center. It was fixed, they replace the LCD and battery. I did not pay any fees eventhough it was beyond warranty. My phone is a year old too.
