Freeze

Hi, my S23 ultra often freeze. Especially, after reboot.

Go to safe mode also freeze. It freezes on Samsung and 3rd parties apps.

Please advise how to get rid of the freezing. Very annoying.

This Andriod page always appear when the phone freezes. Hope it can Samsung a clue....please fix it.

have you click on the android icon that you show on your screenshot perhaps it can show you the apps name

I just found out the android page belongs to "android configuration update" app. I have forced stop the app and the freeze has stopped.
Will monitor for a period of time and update again if necessary.

The freeze has totally stopped. However, the "configuration update" quietly activated by itself. No problem, just force stop by opening the app. One thing to note, "configuration update" app can only be reached from the "system" app. It cannot be found at the "general" app page.

Samsung, I believe you know the cause earlier. Please be responsible to correct the fault.
