Galaxy S21 Ultra incorrectly restarted and froze

Hi! Anyone here experienced the same issue where the phone just abruptly restarted out of nowhere and/or completely froze? I've experience the restarting issue yesterday and the total freezing/unresponsiveness just moments ago. What i did was to force restart the phone, and thankfully, it worked. 

I'm glad that Samsung Members acknowledges that there was an error, but, Samsung can do more! Paying a hefty premium on these phones needs to be paralleled with great service in terms of software! I've experienced various bugs and errors since the Android 12 was brought to Samsung devices, starting with lagging refreshed rate, videos unable to play on streaming services, and now this - which i think is just unacceptable.

I've also seen in a thread post here that a user of the new S22 line experienced the same issue. Totally unacceptable.

lets face is devices tend to have errors sending reports helps for development next update.

I experienced the same thing with my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.

I think it started when I updated my phone on Android 13

I've experienced the same issue a lot of times. Even if I force restart my s21 ultra, it still froze then restart. I've done multiple reboot, reset, turning on safe mode and unistalling all 3rd party app but still the same. It abruptly restarted simultaneously for about 8 to 10 times a day. Please help. Needed it badly cause I don't have a 2nd phone or available fund to purchase another.
