Hello,
My S22 Ultra screen developed this issue after the One UI 7 update.
Turning adaptive motion smoothness off to 60hz half alleviates the problem, when waking up the display that part of the screen flashes briefly, indicating the problem still exists.
My phone is already out of warranty, however I believe this issue is not caused by my handling of the device, and it is a software/hardware issue.
 Please advise, thank you.

Update: received May security update, no change. Issue still persists

May update

Adaptive smoothness on - screen top left light up, greenish tint and streaks on left side of screen

Changing adaptive smoothness to standard - top left screen light up, green tint, streaks disappear, but top left still flashes briefly when unlocking/waking up display

My Samsung S22 Ultra's screen has also encountered the same issue after the update. Really upset about this.

How long will it take for the screen to be repaired? Is there a shortage of screen parts for the model in the market at the moment?

What about the other hardware? Will they be checked if they are affected as well?

I went through this exact same issue with my S22U with the exact symptoms and temp workaround, but the only solution from the device center is that it's nothing to do with the update and the screen failed. The only way to get it back was to repair and replace a perfectly good screen costing money from this so called flagship of theirs. This screen issue with the whiteout and green lines has happened from my past 3 phones, and if it ever happens to my s25u, Samsung is looking at another one of many ex loyal supporters since my omnia days.
